We would like to thank Cathy Sonnier.  She helped us with the sale of our home. Cathy contacted us stating that she was interested in selling our home, due to the fact the house had already beeen on the market for six months...with no offers! Cathy went out of her way to find all the documentation that was needed to get the house sold. It was difficult for us o provide the things she needed as all our information was in California and in storage. Cathy kept us well informed of everything that was going on with our mortgage companies and the price range we needed to put one the house to avoid a foreclosure.
